# 外貨の変換レートを設定できる機能を追加しました

従業員が海外出張に行った際の領収書を登録する時、現地通貨を入力することで、自動的に会社指定の変換レートで計算して経費を登録することが出来るようになりました。これによって、海外出張時の経費計算が一定のルールの元に運用されるようになり、従業員も経理も計算の手間が省けます。変換レートは、期間指定が可能なので、「4月の変換レート」、「5月の変換レート」といった形で、登録しておくことが可能です。

### 設定画面と操作

設定画面：[事業所設定/外貨管理](https://secure.keihi.com/preferences/currencies)  
 「為替レート一覧」に「外貨を追加」を選択して、通貨と変換レートと有効期間を入力することで、登録が出来ます。
