Android版のDr.経費精算のアプリの一部の画面が変更となります。

Android版Dr.経費精算のアプリをご利用ユーザーさま

#### 主な変更点

Android版Dr.経費精算のメニューが下記のように変更され、\[承認一覧\]メニューへの遷移方法が変わります。
