# 【申請者】経費入力の払戻対象設定（機能追加）

#### **経費を手入力する際、払戻対象か会社負担を申請時に設定することができるようになりました。**

入力された経費は全て、個人の立替経費として精算対象でしたが、会社で請求書払いとする場合、法人カードを利用した場合で、個人が立替ていないケースでも、Dr．経費精算から申請をすることができます。

会計データとしては出力されますが、全銀データには、出力されなくなります。

### 操作方法

1.「入力」→「手入力」を選択し、経費入力画面で、必要な項目を入力します。

2.会社側で支払予定（支払済）の経費の場合は「払戻対象」のチェックを外します。

![](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png)デフォルトでは「払戻対象」の項目のチェックはONになっています。
